Q What are your terms of payment?

Payment<=1000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=1000USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment.

Q Do you provide samples? is it free or extra?

A We are honored to offer samples to you when orders are confirmed by us parties, samples are free; however, customer should collect freight cost. If sample quantity is more than our regular one, we will collect sample cost.
Q How long is your delivery time?

A Generally，it is 15-20 days if the goods are in stock. Or 30-45 days if the goods are not in stock, according to quantity.

PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

Our production Capacity: 20, 000PCS of consoles per month / every specification. 5, 000PCS of manifolds per month / every specification.

The products are used in underfloor heating system, we have almost all the types present on market. We surely will bring warm to you in cold winter.
Our manufacturing processing：every stage we have advanced equipment and experienced workers.

Material

We purchase cold-rolled tubes from qualified suppliers, the material can be Q195, Q 235 or ANSI304 stainless steel , And the profile can

be round ,square and rectangle based on request.

Sawing

We have sawing machines series for various materials and thickness. Traditional cutting devices or laser cutting equipment are always available.

Stamping

The punching has ability with 16tons, 25tons, 63 tons to 200tons, also matched progressive tools. The perfect machines assure the excellent quality of punching parts.

Machining

All connections are made by numerical controlled lathes or the advanced milling center machines, with the special personnel for programming. And we use special tools for every part.

Drilling and Tapping

Advanced automatic and semiautomatic tapping and drilling machines could supply you with more stable threads. It is important for the excellent function. We have 6 sets of drilling and tapping machines, with capacity 10, 000 various holes per day. Also, we always purchase the tools from the European market which could meet the customer's request.

Welding

Advanced automatic and semiautomatic welding machines could supply you with a more smooth and continuous welding line. It is important for the excellent surface. And we make special tools for every part.

Press Test

This process, the in-line leaking test, All the products are checked here, to make sure the qualified finish products supplied to you.

Surface Treatment

We have our own finishing workshop for powder coating & epoxy painting. And we have special factory to do the zinc plating with 10+ years relationship.

Packaging and Transportation

Packed in cartons or in pallets as requested. We can supply you the certain labels or logos on your packages if necessary.
